Most players in Canadian real estate hide the one number everyone actually needs: what homes sold for. Boards fought to the Supreme Court to keep sold prices private. The biggest listing site still won't show them. We built the opposite — and wrote the rules down.
Our commitments
- Never hide a sold price. Every property we touch gets its full public history: list price → every cut → relist attempts → final sale price, with true days-on-market.
- No days-on-market games. A relist can't reset the clock — our timeline spans MLS numbers.
- No paywalls, no contact walls. Where regulators require a registered portal, it's a free, instant account. Never "call us for the price."
- No fake urgency. "Multiple offers" only when true. No teaser pricing, no cherry-picked comps, no steering — our tools rank by fit and math, nothing else.
- Our own books open too: fees, unit economics, and completion rates published. The standard we demand of the industry, applied to us first.
- The Open Ledger: every deal closed through the platform flows back into the public comp database — prices and timelines, parties anonymized. Your deals build the commons' data, free to members forever.
What you'll never see from us
"Price withheld." · "Login to view." · Quietly delisted after close. · Days-on-market resets. · "Call us for the price." · Manufactured bidding wars. · Commission hidden in fine print. · Your data sold to lead brokers.
Where our data comes from
Public and government sources — land registry records, municipal open data, CMHC and Statistics Canada — plus member-contributed comps and, through our licensed brokerage partners, the same registered channels every law-abiding brokerage uses. We never scrape MLS. We never hide. That's the whole doctrine.
